Chance Meetings
London never changes.
The Doctor is sitting on a bench in Hyde Park and watches the people passing by. Some are in a hurry, some are strolling along and are savoring the late October sunlight. Most of them look fairly content, which gives the Doctor a sense of satisfaction as well. He's heard people saying that times have changed, that things used to be so much more calm and quiet, but he knows that's just humans taking their narrow perspective to be everything there is. London really doesn't ever change.
He spots an ice cream truck pulling up a bit further down the road and gets up, smiling. He could go for some ice cream.
